Resolution problem with MacBook Pro Retina - won

Just purchased for play on my MacBook Pro Retina and the resolution is wonky. Its like its in mega zoom and nothing works. Cant even exit the program - I have to shut down the laptop. Tried contacting the software company twice but still no response. Lousy customer service.
